Pfizer - All About Arthritis

Arthritis and the various types have had limited exposure to an information seeking patient or/and care-giver. The of right advice from the right doctor and intensifying struggle of the patient to find a cure makes the medication and treatment expensive and discouraging.

To counter this challenge of awareness and to position Pfizer as a catalyst of finding treatment and care, the All About Arthritis community was born.

The idea was to impart medically checked knowledge; home remedies, treatment/therapy and access to doctors through this mission.

Was conceptualized with the aim of helping patients live every bit of their life while living with Arthritis and thereby a community that offers in-depth information about signs, symptoms, risk factors, complications & diagnosis for the patient and the caregivers.

To close the consumer journey, we explored a way to help the patient give access to the right expert with a book my appointment from the page itself.

As a result, AAA grew to be the largest, organised, Arthritis community of patients and caregivers in India. Offering the most credible information regarding symptoms, tests, home-remedies and giving the community access to the right expert.
